DO-ntella chcocolate spread treats

I remember opening the door fridge with a spoon in my hand and ready to dig into that Chocolate spread jar in the middle of the night when i was little!

And when i opened my lunch sack at school and found a chocolate spread sandwich, That day was the best day ever!

You know how you appreciate the little things in life when you are little?! I still tap into that energy and I would like to recreate it for my daughters but with high vibrational ingredients! I mean who wouldn't want that for their kids? and themselves?

This chocolate spread was created after Divina, my oldest, came to me one day saying that her friend at school was eating a N**ella sandwich and that she would love to do the same.

You know, I am on a mission to keep the pleasure, we are creatures of pleasure and pleasure doesn't have to be unhealthy!

Whenever I create sweets, especially the chocolate ones, I rely on my favorite chocolate superfoods to give them that boost of high vibration!

So pleased and grateful to have found the best green superfoods powder that is raw, vegan, gluten free and organic! And made with the most divine plants like dandelion, horseradish, chlorella, wheatgrass, turmeric, spirulina etc.. just to name a few! And what is so amazing is that the taste is not compromised! Just mix a scoop with almond milk and you will see what I mean: Best chocolate drink ever!

The recipe I created for this chocolate spread came out of love and excitement to make my daughter happy and nourished at the same time!

And today I retested the recipe again to make sure you and your loved ones will enjoy it as much as we do, just make sure you DO-ntella anybody what's in it, they would never know lol

And I am so excited to share it with you, especially that it is super easy and quick to whip together.

preparation time: 5 minutes!

yield to 2 cups of chocolate spread

Ingredients:

1 & 1/2 cup tahini paste

1/2 cup maple syrup*

2 scoops Detox Organics**

2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

-----------

1/3 cup water

Guidance:

Using a high speed blender, blend all the ingredients together except water.

Do not over blend as not to over heat the cacao and cause separation.

Add the water to dilute.

You may need less or more water depending on the thickness of the tahini you are using.

Store in a jar in the fridge.

Serve on rice crackers, bread, or with your oatmeal or cereal bowls. Or maybe spread it on a sweet pizza, pancakes, crepes etc..

* You can also use agave syrup, i tested the recipe with both and I could say that with a gave it was a little smoother and sweeter, just a little.
